    U.S. Rep. Hanna: Limited study of restart provision 'worthless'
    Two overnight rest periods are better than one is the conclusion of a study conducted by FMCSA on the effects of the new 34-hour restart provision. But the study itself has given OOIDA reason for concern and has already drawn fire from one lawmaker.
