figured it's worth a shot, haha. if you're just dying for something to do today, you let me know!. i'd kick ya 20 bux? plus a 6-pack? and a pack of cigs? lol. dunno who else i can ask besides random strangers. i need someone who knows what they're doing because idk if i need to move my air lines or not.

i'm free all weekend. and i'll take the truck wherever you want to do it, within reason

Buy some all thread, cut to length, and some flat steel and drill holes, presto you have a clamp.

the rubber gasket is just as easy to make, an old inner tube, fit, cut, done

I hear ya friend....Its kinda like your hands are tied, You got all this time..But cant do anything because of parts unavailable and shortage of proper tools

I bet it makes you wonder "HOW?" You see these owner-operators with these 'Perfect' trucxks and setups.....

As if Nothing can go wrong..And If It does they can fix it in the middle of nowhere......Without ever noticing them brokedown..

Kinda even makes ya mad because they seem to never 'miss' a load either.......

How? Right? See these guys with these fine tuned engines......Rust free Frames and suspensions.....Perfect trailers with all the latest set-up technology and gear.....Have it this way because they pretty much have SACRIFICED their lives to Trucking...And only Trucking...

All their Money and Time goes into their Trucks..........Low or NO family Time.....They are dedicated to their truck and trailer 365 days a year....

Have you called around to scrap yards, there's got to be someone around there scraping a heavy truck with a headache rack and might sell you the u-bolts.

Drilling the holes isn't hard takes half an hour or so to drill 8 holes just need the drill and bits and a lubricant for the the bits (you can use a bit of engine oil) and a pair of vice grips to hold the metal while you drill.
