how was orientation? whats all it consist of? truck selection? any info would be great. thinking about going there,
-
Hey roadog
orientation is kind of typical.truck selection for me as a company driver was very simple I went to Liard they pointed out of truck and they said that your truck no questions I had to be after that was it.the other two guys I was there with that we're doing a lease purchase also had the same thing. My way to the shop Guyin the shop pointed out of truck and said that your truck.I'm sorry if this post is a little difficult to read, I am doing the speech to text feature on my phone. as a company driver I had to do part of my physical with Weights. it was nothing major just wear some loose clothing. breakfast is in the hotel starting at 6 a.m.. It's a very good breakfast. ACT gives you $8 for lunch. dinner is on yourself I would just eat in the restaurant at the hotel. They have nightly specials.they also have ice cold cold Bud light draft for $4**
so far I am enjoying my time here. if you have any other questions just ask.. -
Wow speak to text really sucks.
Ok truck selection. .. your choice Is the one they assign to you. Seemed to be that way with the two lease drivers that were there as well. -
Boy what a deal on that beer huh. 4 dollar something? I'm on my way with high expectations lol
-
That sounds great just don't expect too much. Lol

Okay I have been on this thread in a bit. Been doing okay with ACT as a company driver. I have had 2 paychecks both have been fair money for my miles. Currently sitting at home do to a few screw ups. ACT needed a truck to be recovered from Ohio. They had me park my truck at the yard in KC. And I rode with a guy to get here. Let's just say that it's been an adventure. But yes I am enjoying my time here with ACT but even more so at my home.
Be safe drive safekkiesznowski Thanks this.
