Hey everyone I'm a long time lurker here and after doing a lot of research on here I have a question that I'm having a hard time answering. I recently received my Cdl a from my current company which is a moving company. So no formal "school". My question is do you guys know of any companies that would hire me without expierance or formal schooling? I'm located in Denver if that helps. I have no problem staying where I'm at for a while and getting expierance, I just wanted to see if I had any other options available.

Werner will take you with no experience and run you through the ranks, And then train you in a truck, I'm not sure what they require you to do after the training!. Good Luck!

Western Express and Schneider will hire you. Schneider Bulk would be best.
Apply and see what happens; you don't have to accept the job and can stay where you are if you want.

Check with Watkins & Shepard website; they also have a Denver terminal.

You are working for a company that got you your CDL A. A moving company that has Class A trucks is still experience. Experience in driving is what they are looking for. Over the Road experience you may not have but you are not saying that you just fell off the Turnip truck.

If you think you can drive a semi with a trailer attach, then apply. Anyone that hires you will be paying you an earned wage. The Orange trucks with a bulk tanker behind you would be my first choice as Chinatown suggest. Try them.
