I take it your talking about a turbo to fill the gap above the aforementioned charger and under the S500 based turbo that you have been running. I had been wondering if they had anything in the works to fill that need.

PDI is working on an adjustable A/R exhaust housing. When i was out there for the dyno contest they were showing it to me installed on a Pete pulling a B tanker train. Jerad and Jerry gave me the dyno results along with the drive pressure versus boost pressure numbers. It was actually a very efficient design, but I felt the turbo was overspeeding to achieve the power levels the engine was producing. BW does do some custom work for people.......lets say I know of a combination of parts I want to put together using non production parts and the PDI exhaust housing in that frame size being discussed. If it works the way I think it will, it will spool fast, not hurt jake brake efficiency and support 850 hp with no problems. The problem is going to be cost........it's going to be expensive to build, the exhaust housing is very expensive, but will be able to be adjusted for different A/R ratios

I got a pretty good idea of the setup your talking about, or at least the style. If I remember right aurora had something of the sorts they offered for the pickup market, I don't it ever took off though due to the introduction of the variable vane turbos. It would be nice to see a large frame variable vane charger that could be sold with a standalone controller so it could be used with out to much trouble, but the cost would come into play again.

what's the best way to go for a 6NZ manifold? Bully Dog? PDI? ??
Just for a good running 550, hopefully with a new borg warner hybrid or whatever Mr. Haney suggest for a turbo.
