Yes, but you had to do it before Jan 31st and before Jan 1st 2013 you had to apply for a loan. When you do it online then it'll give you a certificate to print and run your truck untill July 1st.
gerardo1961 Thanks this. -
I got this off of C.A.R.B's website.

You can still go. I have those certificates in all my trucks, not once has anyone checked for the certificate.

I'm in a 2005 Columbia with a 2004 C15.
2 weeks ago I was mistakenly dispatched to deliver to California. I contacted dispatch to let them know of the error. They asked if I wouldnt mind doing the run so they wouldnt have to call and cancel the load.
So for ha ha's I decided to see what would happen.
I came in through I40 at 2am. I deliver, do a restart, pick up a load and head back out, I went through 4 or 5 different scales in Ca. Not once did anyone stop or even look at me cross eyed. (Shrug). Everyone happy and no problems. I'm sure if I try it again the outcome might go differently. But who knows???
Anyway,.. thought I would share my .02
Hurstrobbiehorn Thanks this.
