driver mill keep CSA score low

    these mega company have found out quick the hiring inexperience driver with no CSA score keep their scores looking good. as one CEO stated it a win win for the company we pay inexperience less and are scores are reduce when we hire them. the revolving door has never work better.

    You'd think lawsuits resulting from inexperienced driver mistakes would catch up with them eventually, but I guess not. If I ran a carrier, I'd be happy to find a way to give our vetted drivers enough incentive to stick around (without requiring them all to be trainers).

    CSA scores are over rated in getting or keeping a job...The companies use it as an excuse to get rid of a "bad driver", but will not carry a lot of weight when a good driver has had an unfortunate situation that is not a part of his work ethics. All issues are considered on a case by case basis....rest easy my friends...!
