I'm assuming that by "rammed down our throats" you are talking about the fact that truck stops feature unhealthy fast food. I don't consider that it is being rammed down my throat, it simply means that I don't have to purchase food at a truck stop. Instead I choose to shop for food elsewhere and eat much more healthy food than what they offer. "Ramming" would only apply to those that are too lazy to plan ahead to stock up on healthy food.

I talked to a guy a while back that was 100% service-related disability, 100% social security disability, had a state-issued handicapped parking sticker AND a cdl with current medical-what's up with that?

remember there is not a one size fit all card--there are cards as little as 3months--and with plenty of restricitions.......
And as for disabilities--and benefits--I personally know of two men--who have full service related disabilities and a medical card---BOTH lost limbs in service of our country--BOTH--do not have a prostheis--Both get around on ONE LEG with crutches--and have a handicap hang tag--along with a medical card
Both tough as nails--and can outdrive 95% of the clowns out there--and more than likely kick there ###--So tell THEM they dont deserve a med card--handicap hang tag--and a jobpeterbilt_2005 and Lepton1 Thank this. -
If they go by military weight standards then all those you think are over weight will pass with flying colors, the military uses the neck measurement in the computation which allows for more body fat and that lets those with more weight pass the tape test.
