1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Hello there and I am looking for a trainer in the Pittsburgh area to train me and take me as well to the driving test. I have my permit and drove before off road in trucks with air brakes but no OTR experience and looking for someone who will take the time to train me. I have a JOB lined up already I just need to finish up my training.
I would rather train with someone one on one rather than any school any day. If you are willing please let me know as I am so ready for this being I have been unemployed now for too long!

    Thank you

I'm looking for a stranger to operate a piece of equipment that is worth over $100k and is essential to my livelihood. I will go to the trouble and expense of adding this stranger to my insurance policy. I will tell my customers that I will allow an inexperienced stranger to be responsible for their valuable product and that I will not be able to provide service to them for a day so that this stranger can use my equipment to take a road test. It would be a bonus if this stranger offered me nothing in return. Any takers?

Thank you RidingSXRS and that's exactly what I need is HELP! I would never go into this with out crossing my T;s and dotting my I's. I am a 42 year old responsible adult and not a kid. Like my ad states I prefer one on one and I'm not asking for a free ride either.

You're reading way too much into his post.Companies will not just let an o/o train without jumping some hurdles first.Once that owner gets thru all the red tape, who knows maybe someone can train him.
