I have been asking this question, but not getting a solid answer.... Do TEAMS run Terminal to Terminal or to mostly customers? If both can I have a approximate percentage?

They run customer to customer, customer to terminal, terminal to customer, and terminal to terminal. During the slow months --now-- they tend to do more con-way freight loads (terminal to terminal), but aside from that I really do not know. I doubt another team could even give you an accurate percentage because it would vary greatly by the freight available near each team's home base.

If forced to a guess, I'd say you'll be going to at least one customer 2/3 of the time -- perhaps 75% of the time. But that is little more than a guess...

WD40 most of our loads are terminal to terminal...80% We pull mostly Con-way Freight and UPS from coast to coast and see KC quite a bit. On occasion we will pull loads in and out of Calexico, Laredo, Nogales. When we get down on hrs. we can often get a rolling restart by doing solo miles and they usually consist of shipper to customer. Con-way does not like it's teams sitting and we like to keep moving. So if I had to sum it up for us I would say...80% terminal to terminal, 10% to Con-way drop lots, and 10% shipper to customer. Keep in mind that this can vary from team to team if they do not have hazmat endorsements or run the 5000 mile guarantee and so on. I am only using our #'s as O/O...hope this helps.

My question is if you decline Medical insurance / coverage does your CPM go up? talked to a few other companies and it was about .02cpm that it went up. I currently have full medical thru the military so I do not think i would need medical. Con-Way looks best for my needs all the way around, just have to pull the trigger and get going after 6 FEB, also waiting on my Haz Mat to come back

You don't get anything extra for not taking the medical. The last company I worked for gave us $100 a month for declining. That was in the aviation industry so not an apples to apples comparison. Did you end up coming to Conway?
