While we are on the speed limit discussion, they put a very handy option in the unit a while back but completely dropped the ball on it.You can set your own speed limit but wait, if you go over it you don't get an audible warning, soo what good is it,just more bells and whistles with limit function to make you think you are getting something useful while the actual gps function is neglected and becomes sub par.

Tested on latest test version... 70mph (white) before Black Mountain, then dropping to the lower speeds, 55 (orange) thru the last part of I-40 into TN, then 70mph (white) around Newport, TN, then dropping to 55 (orange) back up towards Danridge.

    thanks,
    mark

Strange. It didn't work today in IN on 65N either. Guess i'll try docking again and go from there.

I am on the test version. So, if broke on your version (production), it is working again.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Wildcat mountain state park, WI,,

It was missing a restriction for WI-33, it will be included on the next map update.

Do not route through this state park.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I think there may be an erronious restriction on us59 just south of Lawrence, KS.

    Trip:

    3051 Lakeview Rd
    Lawrence, KS

    to

    10131 E 21st St S
    Tulsa, OK

Ideal route: surface streets to 59 to 169 to exit (215 miles)

RM shortest: surface streets on big looping detour to 59 to 169 to exit (230 miles)

RM fastest: surface streets to I70 to us75 to ks39 to us169 to exit (250 miles)

I have a iPhone 4S. So I have a 4" screen. Those apps don't use that much data. I just use them for a over view until I get close then I go turn by turn. Now if you use then every mile for a 500 mile trip yeah it will suck your data. Just gotta be smart Bout your use. I have 6 gb that I share with my wife and daughter and we never go over.

Just a reminder, this is a support thread for the RM TND's before we go off on Data Plans for Cell phones.

    Thanks,
