This kind of goes to show the extent he goes to to hide from weigh stations.

I did not know that was not allowed. I just want as many drivers out there to keep from being lied to, cheated, and stolen from. I lost out on a GOOD job because I let this sorry piece of whale manure con me into working for him again. He cannot have enough exposure IMO, but as a Staff Member, I must honor your request. Which one did you merge it to?

It's all here together as one thread now. You're posting in it.

So it is in the "Report a Bad Trucking Company" now instead of the "Car-Hauling" Forum? This did originate on the car hauling forum, then a similar thread was moved to the other. Now I am confused. I have noticed that several posts are gone now.

Yes, it's in the 'Report A BAD Trucking Company Here' Forum. Maybe I'm just a little slow today, but I'm having trouble figuring out why you don't know where it is since you're continuing to post in it. In any case, I'll PM you a link to the thread so that you can find it.

I would hate to get paid a % after fuel

I'm running a truck for a small company for % gross.... Before fuel. It usually works out pretty well and I can't complain.

A buddy of mine was getting % after fuel, running all week OTR for 400-500 a week.

Being paid after fuel is like having the cost of a new tire put on the truck taken out of your pay. It's not YOUR truck, why should you have to pay for trucks expenses??

Why in God's earth would I remove HIS info??? If he is constantly screwing folks, they have a right to know.

Not true on so many accounts about the small company thing. I got my start in HH/OD/Specialized with a company that has only 5 trucks. I made $88k my first year there, got paid every Friday for what was done up to the end of the day Thursday on a W-2 not 1099. The trucks were rotated on a 3 to 4 year cycle and we were treated like family. I only left because I was offered a position driving a show truck for a motorcycle company. Once that gig ran out and the company closed it's doors I tried to go back to the 5 truck company. Guess what, the guy that replaced me is still there and they have no openings. My name is on the list but like getting season tickets to the Packers I'll have to wait till someone retires or dies before I get a call.

Yes there are small companies that will screw a driver but there are just as many if not more mega carriers that will do the same. The small companies that treat a driver the right way aren't all over advertising because they only get openings when they add a truck or a driver retires.

OP, start knocking on doors looking for that next job, you'll be surprised at what's out there for drivers that isn't advertising on Craigslist.
