I got my hire right report but it states nothing. As if Indiana didn't release my info. My VAC is blank. THX for the reply though I will apply like you said filling out the criminal with reckless and owi I didn't know that.
Will any company hire me? I got my CDL on 1-17-2013.

I called around and talked to expungement lawers... only one said they might be able to get rid of the speeding most recent ticket but all said nothing could be done about the rest.

that's Indiana for ya!!! the only way to get record cleared there is by the judge. another thing you might want to consider. is how many jobs you have had in the past 10 years. that can be a factor in your problem. plus right now. trucking is going through some very bad times with no end in sight for it. so many companies are nervous about hiring due to what the fmcsa is doing to the industry.

If you have 6 months of experience, try Hirschbach. I'm planning to go try there once I turn 21. I already have experience driving with my dad and my partner.

That's a pretty ify record you got there SRDEVINE.If only one serious charge you may get a second chance but 2,the reckless and drunk driving, all I have to say is lots of luck.

I got a job with a dui on my record from 7plus years ago. I think the thing the will hurt is the dui plus the reckless driving. But it never hurts to keep trying.

I hope to never be in the next lane with you.

Even If the DAC doesn't show anything the dmv record ( BMV in Indiana ) is still gonna show... I live in Chicago, IL but I also have an Indiana drivers license... Indiana is a major pain in the behind when it comes to anything criminal being driving or actual arrests... While I don't have any experience in getting tickets from them, unfortunately I do have experience in there judicial system with a couple of arrests... From what Ive been told by the lawyers I have hired for the couple of cases that I've had is that Indiana doesn't expunge convictions... Not sure if its the same for driving... How long have you had a Texas drivers license? I guess for future reference anytime you get a ticket or get arrested ALWAYS get an attorney... Money talks in judicial system and that's what the local government wants MONEY, MONEY, MONEY... And a court appointed attorney don't cut it... You mess up you get your own attorney...

Indiana doesn't ever remove tickets from an mvr. the reason being. the county or city they are from. might need to renew them to make more money off of them. the other reason they don't remove the tickets. is so the insurance company can make more on the insurance coverage. which I imagine the bmv is getting kick backs off the insurance companies for that. I am just glad I don't live there any more. even though family wants me to move back. I tell them I would rather live homeless on the street corner in tampa. then to spend one day in Indiana.

Try west Texas oil field. Basic, maybe.
