    Charge air cooler.. or air to air as some call it, looks like radiator on front of engine.. if its leaking theres your problem...check rubber boots going to it as well

    Lol yea it's air to air to me it's new though. I've got some PVC pipe with a valve stem in one put those on clamp it down and air it up and check it with a tire guage it'll hold 40pds all day

    Maybe your sir to air is fine but tge rubber boots connected to it might be leaking.. I still think you should book a dyno session with the truck. They will find problem

    my opinion is in winter months you wont see much above 5.25 - 5.75 with this motor and in summer you might see 6.5 in stock form if you dont drive it like you stole it, did you get it in a cat house on the dyno to see if you have any issues.... until you do this none of the above will help you, low actuator oil pressure is not a big issue,

    I've got a pretty good many caterpillar gurus around here looking into it and they really don't know what to think but looks like it's back to square one

    It's showing high manifold pressure hasn't been verified but it'll make 60 psi pulling an empty reefer pretty quickly. So possibly waste gate is out of adjustment or the gauge is wrong but still don't think that'll get it to 5mpg but I guess it possibly could I dunno guess getting it back running is the next step crank is no good wondering if I can just find a motor and swap it in since the old one has to come out anyways. And possibly have some stuff leftover to sell, head, turbos, etc

    When was it making 60psi...under hard acceleration even when empty you will be boosting between 50 and 60. If its boosting at 60 going down a flat road with no wind thats a different story

    It's under acceleration cat guy keeps saying I shouldn't be seeing over 45psi with a load

    If its set at 550 heavy haul you will see over 45 and even if you are empty you will see this under hard acceleration...I think you should change cat guys... boost is not your problem imho
