Good Dryvan and Refrigerated Companies

try working for Western Flyer out of Oklahoma City..they don't micro manage the drivers. they give you your load and leave you be....they also give you a preplan before you finish your current load....nobody harasses you with phone calls or nonstop qual com messages...you work and with adults...nice... id recommend doing the lease purchase but you can be a company driver...as a company driver your pay is based on how fast you want your truck to run....it a nice good ol boy company....not Jerks like I had when I worked at Navajo...bunch of punk azzz biootches there...BUT....be careful what you ask for here...you will get it....and they WILL RUN YOUR AZZZ OFF
