AAHH OOHH I smell the end for the American driver - along with winning that law suit will give them unlimited access and the ability for pulling and delivering loads in the USA.
NAFTA killed America.
Why you ask doesn't what we have between Canada and USA hurt the American or Canadian driver -cause i assume the pay is roughly the same.

Nobody takes driving jobs from a qualified driver who Is a US citizen. There is a severe shortage of experienced drivers in any major city right now regardless where they were born. Just look at Craigslist ads. The same is true for agriculture.
It will probably get worse if housing rebounds and construction picks up. Just don't sell yourself short. Don't be afraid to shop around.
