    All some of us are saying is that the OP should check first before spending $50,000. Not sure how anyone can find fault with that advice.

    With 50K I would shop for something pre emmisions that has been gone through end to end (with documents) and well maintained. A truck with maybe 1 or 2 long term owners that were also drivers. These trucks are becoming more in demand due to better fuel mileage and less headaches from what I read all the time. The newest truck I have been in is an 02 Western Star. I have not had the pleasure of dealing with these newer trucks, maybe someday.
