Thank you again for all your input.
I have to post public because I haven't reached 7 posts... you can keep replying private though.
Are you in their Lease purchase program now, or have you already paid off your lease? I have read about a lot about the bad deals that drivers get into, and it scares me. Trying to make sure Davis makes it possible to succeed. I drove for TMC, so I am use to running 2-3 weeks at a time or more, and I know that's how you make the best money. I haven't been driving long enough to learn how to cheat a log book, so I just keep it clean and legalI live in Knoxville,TN so I'm sure I be hauling to and from the NE as well as SE quite a bit. By side kit do you mean side panels for the trailer?
What is the average amount you put into your personal account each week? I pretty much need to put 1000-1200 wkly into my personal account, is the amount reasonable to expect or outrageous?
Thanks again for all the help

I'm still waiting to get enough posts to reply private.
Yes, if i made that much every week I would definitely stay a company driver. I certainly didn't make it every week. I just need to get a realistic idea about what to expect. I only take seriously half of what the recruiters tell me. I really appreciate all the time you have spent helping me out. I have received the call from Davis and the decision to drive for them is up to me now. I will let you know what the outcome.
Thanks Again!!! -

Been there 3 years and got no complaints. What do you need to know?

You will not get rich with them. and in my case you have to take emergency family leave they sent someone to come get the truck with your belongings in it. I had a bad experience with them personally. my first year I did great. my second year I lost an engine in the truck at 730,000 miles, this last may, and trying to get the engine balance paid down I didn't see a paycheck in 6 months, and fell behind in all my bills, and this last june, I was the first person to get a 2014 t800 and 2014 east spread axle, and my new trailer was full of air leaks (that the warranty wasn't covering) then I blew 2 air suspension bags, and I didn't receive the warranty credit till this January. and the tractor made me fail 2 inspections this last year because about every 2 weeks it would randomly blow the right and high beam bulb and no one could find an issue with the wiring. and the new trailers axle flexed and chewed up the inside sholder of all 8 trailer tires, empty the trailer was aligned perfectly, but loaded it was -28 out with no warranty credit on the tires

I worked for Davis from 2011 to 2015. Their have problems with CSA. The new owner is greedy = you will not make money. The 2014 tractor have lots of odd problems and east trailers are a mess. if you what this to lease from them just remember this. If you get behind on payments just walk a way. You will never get catch up. Ggod luck. And I'm still have their truck just not their name on it.
