What are you trying to do?

The only thing you can do for the compressor side is build the turbo with the compressor wheel for the Hp needed. There are different wheels used in the S410G turbo to go up to 850 Hp. But this requires machining of the bearing housing and compressor cover to fit the wheel

    Thanks for replying
I'm after what you call your stage 2 turbo to suit Greg's flowed 57's 800cam and the new 600 file from young John.
basically a turbo that will live at 800-850 at flywheel, always hauling 100,00lbs with 2-3000ft climbs
how do I go about purchasing a turbo form you?

A better turbo is no good on a MBN motor unless you flash the ECM to something other than stock. PM Mr. Haney for a flash.....it'll put a smile on your face & your wallet will thank you!! I know from personal experience, check my sig

BW non wastegated 175963, a very reliable source suggested it to me, it's basically what PDI calls their stage 1 but it can be had without their ridiculous markup. Try turbo exchange in Concord,NC $1800 I think. Good luck, keep us posted

You would still need to purchase the non gated housing, that turbo only comes from BW with a 1.65 gated housing. The turbo should be able to be bought for between $1500-1600 and you will probably give around $300 for the 1.32 housing unless you can find a used one which is what I was able to do.

Is there a big difference between a plugged wastegated turbo and a non-wastegate model in performance? Just wondering. I have my gate blocked.. but does it matter?
