i am working for JB Hunt right now, lol. but starting pay is 46 cpm on their will run fleet, regular otr starts at 40 cpm. how is it? lots of breakdowns with my 2011 international, some short runs 150 miles, peoples net sucks !!! but i am making good money. Bottom line is i do not like otr trucking period, so i am not gonna have much to say thats good anyway, why dont i like it? being away from home for long periods, mileage pay means no overtime, no pay for the time your working but not driving, in a nutshell its my fall back job when i need money and there is nothing else, im sure if i move out of Florida to a more truck friendly area my opinion may change, its a tough job, most companies suck, so i have allot of respect for all the hard working drivers out here.
