Wow the liberals found one mention of the word fracking in the law suit and now there minds are running amuck. I'm no defender of fat cat overpaid CEOs, but this is ridiculous. The suit clearly states that the objection to the water tower is based in the fact that it will lower property values. These are not working ranches, they're hobby ranches where executives can play cowboy. They paid a lot of money and now they want to protect the investment ...... I would to. This suit isn't about fracking, there's not much of that going on in that area. Fracking was mentioned because it is one of several things that could bring heavy truck traffic to the water tower and further erode property values. The liberal vultures at the Huffington Post saw the word fracking mentioned and decided to make it about fracking ........ it has nothing to do with fracking. They even called it a "frack tower". Can someone tell me what the hell a "frack tower " is? I work 70 hrs/week in the oil patch and this is the first time I've heard of one.

In closing, I could care less about the property values of this CEO, but the attempt by the Left to turn this into some NIMBY story in order to further there anti-oil/anti-frack agenda is pathetic. Were they crowing this loud when Solyndra took our tax dollars and ran, or any of the other US based solar energy companies took our hand outs and then promptly folded?

    I have to ask this.

What if they wanted to put something like this around your home?

You got the ability to stop them?
Is your home a big deal to you?

Bet this guy would think nothing about it for your interest.

I agree with you, but that's not the point in my opinion.

Then you have me baffled. You were saying it was the fault of the liberals and that he was justified in it.
