hello, as u can see by screen name, I am in a pretty bad situation. I am currently from the kansas city area, I have been driving for 7 yrs, CDL class b,(I got my class a permit yesterday) anyway, I was involved in a roadside inspection on 2/19/2014, durimg that inspection, I received, 4 SEPERATE NOTATIONS! 1.speeding 6-10 over2.15 over3.brakes out of compliance4.and being on a non truck route this is all within 6 months of a previous violation, now on 2/19, I, only received a citation for the speeding 6-10 and being on a non truck route, that leaves 3 other that were warnings, now I will tell you, the 1st warning I got.1. in june 2013 i was pulled over for an inspection, everything went fine, until he checked my license and realized I had vision restrictions, seems valid, right? NOPE!! I got a, written warning, because I had sunglasses on my head and my regular glasses on my knee (I had taken them off after was pulled over before cop even checked w me) so, I was not able to defend myself for that.ok, now to the 19th, after being pulled over and told "this is goingnto be bad" before i was even told what imwas being pulled over for, the officer proceeded to tell me, that he was pulling me over for being on a "non truck route" now, ive been driving that same route for almost 7 yrs, and never been pulled over for that (ive never been pulled over period except for inspections) anyway, there are "no truck route" signs, but 1. I thought that was just for semis, considering I drive a straight box truck, and ups and fedx are on that same route EVERYDAY, and our company.i DID NOT have a stop there that day, but still didnt know I cudnt just "pass thru", well thats the 1st citation. the 2nd citation (on same ticket) was for speeding 35 in a 25, thats what it says on the actual ticket anyway, but then he decided that he "paced" with me as I got to 65 in a 35, nevermind there are about 8 stop lgiths and they would all have to turn green in unison for that to happen, let alone my truck not even being able to go 55 that day amd the fact that he waited 3 miles to pull me over in a 45mph with about 50ft to go before a 55mph zone, he wrote this "warning" on the dot report, and last but not least, then he asd to do an inspection, and found something wrong w the brakes (go figure), now, after he did all his papaerwork he called me back to his van and gave me 1 ticket w the 35 in 25 and the non truck route, the rest were put as "warnings" on the dot report that u have to take back to ur company. what happened?? yep u guessed it, I got fired, after 7yrs w the company and no previois issues except the sunglasses warning..now, my questions are as is.1.with 5 dot violations in 9 months, what am i to expect besides being fired2. can I fight this, ive noticed csafix.com, is this a legit ccmpany3.can I be disqualified by the dot4.will anyone take a chamce on me5.i recently(2 days ago) got my hazmat, tanker, and class a permit, I really like driving and feel after 7 yearz of nothing and then all at once, I def got my screen nameHELLLLLP

no the 2 I got cited for were, non truck route and speeding 6-10 over, but then he added 2 more "warnings" onto the dot report, for speeding 30 miles over (which is impossible for my location) and for messed up brakes.
