You got a computer right? Type your co. info and address into like wordpad and print it out in different size fonts. Take a full page or half page log, and tape the one u printed out onto the log in the correct position. Then put it in a copier and scan or print that out. Then make copies. I've done it for many years with full 8x11 in paper. DOT guys don't care, never had an issue. If you need a duplicate, just print it off at end of day. I never have had to make a duplicate myself. Heck, send me your info, I'll fit your info to my template and email or fax it back to you. Then make copies. Its the lowest cost way too.

or just do like SOME of us do. use the computer to just do your logs. with a computer program.

my program has about 25 different types of logs. about any form any company uses. and about 21 different styles for divr's.

company information is entered. and automatically prints on logs each day. all i do is sign.

grab a paper punch. and paper notebook. your all set.

I just Googled Loose Leaf Logs and came across a JJ Keller PDF file that was downloadable. The boxes for carriers address can be changed as needed and saved to print out.

a lot cheaper then anything I saw for sale on various sites.

I prefer it to be with carbon that way the drivers can send me the original and have the carbon copy in the truck, that way if they get pulled over they can show one weeks worth of logs and I can have the copies to look over

With an all in one copier you could make a copy at the in of the day to send any party that needs one. Still a lot cheaper then what Keller was asking for logs pages.

Years ago, I ordered the blanks with carbon and then went to the Staples store and ordered a stamp that I could stamp each page with company name.

    Worked out pretty cheap.

Wow, Im sure the DOT is real impressed with your professionalism, lol........ Id rather just write it in. All the ink you waste you could've just bought a pack, even a preprinted set.... Me, I like to have m paperwork all neat and up to snuff, maybe they're ok with that but sounds like a bunch of extra work for nothing, also, why if your doing all of that don't you just use a piece of carbon paper rather that make copies? No offense, just ramblin...

I make my own ,used a laptop with office word , a copier and added vehicle inspection to the bottom half. Hole punch them and put them in a 3 ring binder
