Does anyone know what types of hours Bay and Bay local drivers are generally working, and what about weekends? Also, I believe their local runs are for dedicated accounts, anyone know where they are running to?

Most all of our local drivers start around the 2-4am range and work until 2-4pm. Then those accounts that warrant night shifts, start the opposite, 2-4pm and work till 2-4am. Right now our dedicated gigs that I know about are hauling garbage out of St Paul down to Red Wing and the other burn plants around the cities. The dedicated tanker gig is for OC in Minneapolis. That runs pneumatics basically 24/7. The other local guys haul for a variety of local customers, cement, limestone, salt, sand, etc.

I think they pay mileage in tiers based upon how for you drive. I interviewed with them this year and he said you'd be looking at about 45-55k your first year and thats working 60 hours. Seem like nice people to work for.

I know of one in Rogers-Garrith Anderson Trucking. Not some, not almost all-but all of the driver's I have talked to there are quite happy. Do I work there? Nope. Have thought about it though..

They have nice looking equipment. Lots of their trailers have spiders on the tail.

I give two thumbs up to Magnum. I've been there a little over a year, and they've proven to be one of the best driving jobs I've ever had. They have a Terminal in Blaine, and offer dedicated if that's your interest.

Yeah...The one thing I don't like..it's enough to get the Truck started in Winter.
They did tell me "those" were for local though.

I worked for Garith way back when he had I think 4 trucks. He's a very hands-on company owner.

They use those to deliver Morton Salt to those store front displays you see at gas stations.
