Looks like A bad situation. Can his company fire him for putting that video on youtube? I had a friend where i used to work get fired for putting a video about his supervisor (while at work) on facebook! Recording this was a good thing, but i hope it doesnt cost him his job for putting it on youtube. My question is, would it have been better to complain when they told him to take another 10 hour break (assuming after that break, he would be rolling again)?

 

What state was he in?

 

He was in Michigan, and the company is in Iowa.

Both are 1 party states and he is the qualified party.

 

Still shady in my opinion.
