...i agree if they are truly god fearing people there is need to advertise unless someone is asking and wanting to know our savior better ....those who use our heavenly father as a platform for self gain ,the lord will correct them as a father corrects his childrens self afflicting bad habits
    .....opps no need to advertise

The company doesnt pay for insurance so drivers can tear up trucks because they are either not paying attention or working above their competence level. As for the "tax write off" are you volunterring to make up the 75% difference between the deduction and the loss? Didnt think so.
If everyone thinks companies treat them so badly go out and spend $10000 on a trailer then another $40000 on a tractor, pay for your own insurance and deductables. Im thinking the attitude toward the equipment damage wont be so cavalier.

I never worked for a company that required I pay for damaged truck. And I've had a few scrapes nothing major. But really that's where we are at now. Dude might as well buy his own truck if he's got to pay to fix it.

Notice this gentleman has gone beyond " a scrape". By his own admission there has been at least three incidents that the company paid for. He was given the option of paying for his own damage in the future or finding another job.As cavilier as he is I dont think this gentleman could afford to ownhis own equipment.

Not legal to do that in Wisconsin. Employer gets the Gazelle's share of the risk. But they also get the Lion's share of the reward. The fact that they sent you out doing city work in an OTR cab to customers in tight spaces speaks volumes to me about the quality of this company. Daycab work? Get me a daycab. OTR cab? Get me OTR work. #endofrant
