Some Random thoughts, not really thread worthy.

I am sitting in Hebron, Indiana waiting to get the truck washed. I have been running Upper Michigan lately and noticed all the towns named for the natives. We kill you and then name towns in your honor. So I was wondering where Hitlerville, Stalin City, Osama Bin Ladin Burg, and Castrotown are going to be.

I was at a TA and it was shower time for me. I always wonder about tipping and I know there is a thread here somewhere. I asked the shower attendant how much I should tip. He didn't want to tell me. They never do. So I figure $2 for a shower that would have cost 13 is in line. He told me that really $2 was kind of chintzy based on how much work goes into it. I explained that $2 was all I had. "Ever since I came down with full blown Aids, work is hard to come by. Enjoy cleaning my shower."

The truck wash here has a light pole that is knocked down. The guys here are trying to fix it and look like the Three Stooges Electrical Union working on a light pole while standing in Water. I turned my dash cam toward them and told them that if anything happened I would make sure that I got it right to Youtube. Another trucker and I got the story of the Truck that hit the pole. I asked if they got a good look at the big blue Swift sign on the trailer. No. It was a Prime truck. Same thing the other driver says.

Finally, food for thought. If you went to an airport for an overseas flight and the plane had the letters CR England written on it, would you fly? What trucking companies if they own airlines would you?
