    Called Schneider national and they said as a student graduate I need a minium 80hours behind the wheel or 3 mons driving experience.
    I guess I will look else where.

    Have you worked for any companies since getting your license? Schneider hires graduates right out of school.

    Schneider hires graduates right out of school.

    You waited too long after getting your CDL and they see your schooling as being to long ago so they now want you to have some resent experience. They are not the only company that does that, you will find others that will probably want you to go to a refresher course or get some experience first.

    Good lesson for others to learn, don't wait 6 months after going to CDL school to start looking for a job.

    What he said, you could always go do a 40 hour refresher and they would take you then.

    Do a refresher

    Schneider is one of the better starter companies, you don't want to end up at CR England or Knight or some ####, trust me.
