Thanks Guys. I'm sorry for not responding for a long time, but understand TTR isn' my LIFE to complain about this and that.

This is how it's looking right now.

I have 7 owner operators. This market has really been crazy good this year, I'm kind of astonished. They're making serious money, with LEGAL driving, but HARD driving (switching sleeping schedules and what not to make delivery/pick ups happen). AVG of 2,500-3,000 miles a week, grossing 9-11k. Spending weekends at home. They are getting direct confirmations, and may ask brokers for what the real price is. They have actually brought in few more owner operators, but since we are new company to the industry, it's really hard. So far we had no violations, and were going through an audit.

We also have 4 companies drivers, and we are paying them 50 cents a mile paid by the odometer. No need to have them spend their money, and wait for "reimbursment" ########. They also come home for the weekend. We decided not to run Northwest, unless a load will pay 3409309430943094 dollars. Everyone is on paper logs, but legal loads. 500-700 miles a day type of rides. Detention is paid 15/ hour after 3 hours. 150-200/layover. Yes i know a lot of guys think "how do you surivive?", well basically not stealing from drivers, is keeping them happy and running, and were still making pretty money to be able to live, but no HEADACHES. Also we go through a lot of drivers. We don't want the lazy #####, the political ########, or the guys that want to run 98492842904824 miles a week. Every driver is AVG 2,700-3,500 a miles a week with a reset at home, unless they choose otherwise. We're very strict with logbooks, cuz we don't want our safety to be ###### up, and this is why we only hire good guys. After this audit, we got more guys coming in. I hope this can blow big, so drivers, dispatchers, safety, and everyone will have easy day at work, and all make a ton of money and get along.

Yes at anytime drivers can be ripped of dude. You can easily rip guys off, put em in new trucks that u got on credit. But that's not the point. The point is to have everyone happy, even if as the starter of I have to take a pay cut. I can survive without a Ferrari.

And yes, brokers don't have it any easier then drivers, or the dispatchers. You think the dispatcher sitting there dealing with your ### always crying about #### is going to work for 500-600 a week? You think a broker wants to make ###### paychecks to? Go give your dispatcher some money, or a broker and watch magic happen. As a driver I even give security/lumpers 20-50 bucks to get me unloaded asap. While you sit there for 8 hours crying for detention. I've already picked up the next load/ on my way to delivery. Money talks. To drivers, dispatchers, brokers, lumpers, etc. You have 25 trucks, and you call my plan a DREAM? After your own 5 trucks you can multiply like crazy. Sorry dude, you dont have to see my vision, or agree with me, and neither can I with you. Just be safe out there!

    Thanks.

I don't care about money. But as we know, money is what we NEED. For house, car, food, cloth and so on. As a truck driver you make decent money in a decent company.

How much the owners are making is crazy. I don't care about the money, aslong as I can make as much as a owner op, idc if my drivers make more than me. I want a peaceful life. I've driven 5-6 thousand miles a week for european companies, been cut on my miles, been on dedicated runs, you name it, all in 2-3 years. I never made less than 8k a month as a company driver. But the #### I did, I will never again. I needed that money just to survive cuz I literally lost everything at 21. Seeing so many rips offs, and blah blah. I been on both sides, and calculated #### down to the math. So far everything is going well, and I'm hoping #### kicks in big this year, so next year we can grow really crazy. It's been only few months, and the credit we go through told us, any driver that wants a truck will get a good deal. Our company drivers, who want to become owner operators are given this option, to drive for 3-4 months, just so we know they're good, save money, put 10% down, and they will be approved, but not THROUGH us, but BECAUSE of us. So if they want to leave, that's fine, however why would they? You're coming home every weekend with 3-5k in profit, and you drove legally.
