Can anyone give me some advice on a couple of company's to work for. I am about to finish trucking school at TTCC. Looking at Challenger, Kriska, and GZL. Any information on these company's or other possibilities would be greatly appreciated. I am located on the Niagara Ontario region.Frank L.

basically, almost any mega is going to rape you for at least two years.

if you can find a small company (who will only sexually assault you), that would be better.

It's been years but I remember GZL treated me well, good equipment, smaller local outfit then….wouldn't go near Challenger unless you're real desperate.

Definately do what one above suggested..Try to find a small company with a "family" feeling to it. You'll feel better going into work and going the extra mile for them when you KNOW the person on the other end of the phone and they will generally be a little more lenient towards you being a new driver and helping you learn the ropes.

You may not get benefits like some of the bigger companies offer but honestly the benefit of knowing all your co-workers and boss' by their first name and being able to call one of them for a quick tip will pay off much more in the first year as a rookie in the field.
