Is it legal for Love's employee pass your info to DOT/Weight Station

I realize it's too late now, but I would have said, I'll go park and call my company to get permission to buy a new tire. Then would have eased out of Loves and gone to the Petro.

I've crossed them out of our TS book. Though our company likes to buy fuel there, Me, Personally...
Hubby knows better than to park our truck there for our 10hr.

Loves is crossed off my list to, to turn in a driver for not buying a tire. Loves seems to forget where there money comes from. To say it was covering their butt is stupid. Loves is a truck stop not a reporting station for D.O.T.
