    I do not know who you were talking to, but hard fact is, Denver to FL and vice versa is NOT a high snowbird traffic lane. Colorado snowbirds go to AZ. Everybody wants stuff done for nothing, or for what they think it should cost by some preconceived notion. Being in the business, when a friend or acquaintance approaches me to see about moving a vehicle somewhere I tell them I can move it at a fair price. Lowball is not in my vocabulary.

    I wasn't asking anyone to do it cheap shotime. Just so we're clear about that, I was looking for a suggestion of direct companies that service Denver. The rates I've posted are quoted by brokers wanting the business, not me. The Denver outbound rate for flats and steps typically hovers around $1.25 for 48,000 pounds, if you can find a load. Gotta get the money coming in.

    Diamond express out of Colorado springs can help him out. but not for .27 mile/ I know several of their drivers that run from CO to FL.

    PM me for numbers of carriers I know that run that route.
