That was another question I had...so basically everyone in the blue and white trucks are enterprise drivers? Do new employees come in in those trucks are the green and white trucks

No, don't think so. They have plenty of blue and whites in the chicago area with Transport Service on the door, just sitting empty and waiting on fresh meat for the seat. They have loads to move, they will put new or old drivers in either truck available.

They usually take a while with the hiring process. They send all your information for background to Kag in Ohio, which could take up to a week. Kag gives the ok or not, but usually leaves the final decision up to them to decide to hire you or not. That's how the process went for me when I worked for one of Kag's other companies. Try calling Kag if you haven't already to see your status. If they say they sent the information to Transport Service already, try calling the hiring manager at Service. He should tell you if he will take you on. That's what I did and the manager looked my info over while I was on the phone and said, you know, I'm going to bring you on. When can you start. They get busy sometimes so it helps to call. Good Luck.

Im a loader at CN Cargoflo, 90% of the trucks i load are for TSC. Most of the driver that come in say its a good company. All drop and hook to pre-loaded trailers. They have nice trucks but #### trailers(at least at that termilal-Gibralter MI). The biggest problem my company has with them is their TM and garbage dispacher(but when is that not the problem lol). All in all there supposed to be a decent company. Deff would not be my #1 pick. Choose wisely!

They wouldnt be my #1 pick because the drivers that do say its a good company are o/o. It seems like all the company drivers(at least the ones i talk to) are misrable. They way they talk about the company is not so appealing. Its very possible that its just that hand ful of drivers. Thats just something you have to learn on your own. Im not saying i would never like to work there, just saying theres alot more options out there.

    More than likely waiting.

Do they have the same people in Central Dispatch, what a bunch of great guys they were! What about overlapping terminals, for example Parker, PA had a good size Enterprise and a TSC operations before the buy out. Did they combine them and get rid of duplicate staff? I quit right after the merger. In retrospect it wasn't a bad gig.

Oh man some of their trailers were absolute junk, many as bad or worse than Venezia. I worked at Enterprise for 2-weeks and was thenassigned a brand new Volvo (15 miles on it). A lot of drivers complained about the Channahon terminal, but I never had any problems there. I despised West Memphis. Central dispatch blew and hopefully KAG blew it up.
