you haven't noticed that great big spot of fresh dirt on the shoulder??? or the dirt movers??? or the trailers sitting off to the side and water tanks???? or that 5 mile stretch of fresh dirt trail where the dirt movers park their equipement and cars????
been there all year.
i know at least a couple of truckee dot's live in reno. -
I pass that area 10 times a month in each direction. They've been grading for a long time. The "landing strip" seems to be a long one where it will hold a huge number of trucks.
-
Sounds way too serious... unless they're providing a place to for a breaks ..
-
not a place for breaks. a place for OOS trucks.
they don't have enough parking at the other scales. -
forced, but... still a break
-
not a "forced break" at all
driver should be logged as ON DUTY when passing thru any DOT facility, right? -
well.. yes.. up to point where it is in fact a break
-
If it comes in under $100M I will be shocked.
-
