Objective delayed

Well it would seem my objective of driving for Schneider again has been delayed for a few months. I had really hoped to get trained to drive tankers for them but my lack of recent experience has derailed that for now. The original recruiter I spoke with had told me that I would not need a refresher course since it had not been 10 years since I had driven for Schneider only 7 years. But the next lady that was doing my interview said so much had changed since I drove in 06 that I would need one. Unfortunately it just costs way more than I can afford right now so I guess I will drive for one of the companies that does offer its own refresher and get some experience. Maybe after satisfying my commitment to that company I will get my chance wit Schneider again.

 

Thanks. I did but they only offer it during the week and I would have to give up my current job to go. I simply cannot do that without knowing I could start the trucking job right after finishing.
