Never understood the fascination with "chicken wings". They have become the most expensive per pound part of the chicken. If i want to eat chicken, a breast, thigh, or leg is much more satisfying and cheaper in the long run.
Heck, when i was growing up, we threw them away as waste.

 

Did you even read the title of this thread??

Guess my family was poor, we never threw out food, my mom would use every bit of the chicken, then boil the bones to make soup stock.
