Withholding that info only hurts you. When you start to fill out driver applications, most ask for any felonies no matter how long ago. That's where it will catch up to you.
Once you get to company orientation and they start all the background checks...Most are sent home

Yeah w/ my situation, I wouldn't even consider withholding; a job, like it or not, is a very specific type of relationship, and a foundation of mistrust isn't the way to go...
However, if the record is sealed - legally one can withhold, and in that case I absolutely would. -
i didnt read the replies. but if your still in IL and you go on with cr england you can get a local gig in the rail department. hourly pay home daily 2 days off. and probably after 6 months of working

No I am totally honest with them. I tell them I have a sealed felony for that exact reason. Thats the last thing I want is for something to show up. Up front and honest.
