Ohio highway Patrol Got Me

3 days ago an Ohio Highway Patrol officer stopped me in a cmv.

Long story short, cmv was pulled off the road immediately.

today, my boss is blaming me for emailing his boss.

Sure enuff, same bad equipment the next day,


But if I'm 1 minute late for a pre-trip inspection, i get written up.

his delay was an hour ez.

Nice to have a pension and fight these arrogant mgmt.

If I was a young broke poor slob, I'd take their ####.

 

The defect was a tire.

My boss installed a wheelcover* that has a tire sidewall hex screwed on it.

After a year of hitting curbs, it sticks out 4" ez from the tire,

imagine a soup bowl facing out.

I was on a state route right at CLE airport fence.

I believe the cop was right,

it was unsafe, tars, threads, ect...




* we have ten of these cmv, 300 k each. almost new 30k miles.

in the snow, it acts like a boats rudder and pulls you into the rh curb

 

with zonar handheld they give you three minutes to walk to your cmv after punching in on your stromburg timeclock.
I know it's harrasment, but unless I'm sick or something usually possible.
