09 D13 620000 miles. I get an fmi 7 and 12 that come and go for the delta P sensor. Its not the sensor, I've swapped out for new 2 times to trouble shoot. Venturi is clean. This has been happening for 8 months. She only derates slightly when the light comes on but not every time. I have a scan gauge that shows my intake air temperature. The sensor is new and reading accurately. I notice that sometimes it jumps between its 100 and change temp to a few degrees above outside ambient quickly, is this indicative of the egr opening and closing quickly and/or sticking? As I understant, the egr is open when the engine is at operating temp and running down the highway.

Have u checked ur delta cross over tubes. Or the air temp sensor right behind them?

It doesn't have tubes, its attached to the main EGR crossover pipe. Everything checks out there. I'm curious if I'm actually having an EGR sticking issue.
