    I am tired of seeing the mass of freightliners on the highway. Are these trucks the cheapest truck that you can get? :roll:

    Not quite, at one time the international was the cheepest.

    The reason you see so many is the fact that freightliner has for a long time offered a fleet sales offer that is fairly atractive. Basicaly if an order was placed for 100 trucks the 101st was a freebie.

    From what I have heard on the streets is that freightliner has done away with that offer.

    Heh, I like the Freightliner FLD series...the reason I like these so much is probably becasue I see them so often.

    Don't compare them to a Civic. A Civic has a good resale value. A Freightliner Century's resale value will drop through the floor. If you're going to compare them to a car, compare them to a Ford Taurus, lol.
