(Takes a bow for his adoring fans)
I have made a career (in radio before trucking) of dissecting these pencil necked geeks (thank you, Freddie Blassie) with their own logic. It's not difficult to wage a war of intellect against the unarmed.
I have submitted my resume to Sirius for Road Dog Trucking. Seems to me that they only have OOIDA "yes men" on there now. Whaddya say.let's rock the boat!! -
This John PEEPEEHEAD or what ever his name is, needs a lesson in consumer marketing 101. If he would personally boycot everything that has ever touched the inside of a truck,he would starve to death outside in a field in about a week. No...sooner,he couldn't even drink the water from any public source. Or, he could go with another slip-and-fall ambulance chaser Algore, and go to the North Pole and wait for a "homeless" polar bear that is seeking "representation"...then he could be what he chose to be...a big pile of crap!!

I couldn't figure out how to rate him but if you was to post the link here i would give you odds that his reputation would sink faster than the titanic

No prob, Shortcircuit.
Y'all don't forget to make use of his phone number and address too.
I wish I had a subscription to one of those people search sites. I'd get his email address and blast his inbox.

Actually, even THAT wouldn't work. Odds are that the sod or fertilizer in that field was hauled by a truck. So all he's got is standing naked, nowhere.

This putz is beneath my notice, and not worth the time and effort to sign up just to tell him what a waste of oxygen he is. (Though our folks put in some very good replies, esp. Capt. C and 69.)
Let's see...trucks or lawsuits? Truckers or attorneys? Which do you think this country needs more?
I bet if the lawyers went on strike, this country would be back to its former glory in a year.

I was too mad to post an intelligent post and instead posted about him breaking down and needing a towTRUCK. User name is lawyerssuck.

First off, I loved the posts from you all on there. This is what I posted for him.
Are you SERIOUS??? If it weren't for people like my husband, a truck driver, you wouldn't have that $200 caviar to eat with your $50 box of crackers. And that Evian water that you hoity toity people drink? Spell it backwards. Naive. Which is what you obviously are. You bought it, a TRUCK BROUGHT IT!!!! You fool. These men and women who drive these trucks every day stay out for weeks at a time, not seeing their spouses and children. When they do get home, it's only for two or three days. Then they head back out again. All so YOU AND PEOPLE LIKE YOU who have no clue can have all your amenities. Those silk sheets, brought by a truck. That fancy Mohlen faucet on your kitchen sink. Brought by a truck.
These people are protesting 1. high fuel prices for everyone. Including you. 2. Outrageous insurance costs. 3. Brokers who are skimming more than their fair share off the backs of these hard working people. 4. Fuel surcharges that are being charged and benefiting brokers, but not being passed on to the drivers like they should be. 5. The cost of fuel, which has gone up over 300% while the rates to haul the freight have only increased about 50%. These drivers are now paying over half of their gross income for fuel alone. They have NO PROFIT MARGIN anymore!! And then there is the added costs of truck repairs, tires, general maintainence, taxes, health insurance, truck insurance, and myriad other things.
If you don't like trucks, go live in a cave, farm your own fields with stone plows pulled by other people (because you'd have to have a trailer to haul the mules up there) and hunt your own wild game with spears made of wood and stone. That might get you away from everything a truck brought.
