01 freightliner classic trouble turning on!!

X2 on the fuel drain back...

On a long hood truck, that check valve might be more accessable. Mine were both short hoods and darn near impossible. Best I remember, it comes right off the back of the head. I cant remember if the check valve actually attaches directly to the head...or if there is a short piece of fuel line then the check valve...but it is right at the back of the head....part of the fuel return line.

 

And a ROYAL pain in the arse, regardless. But X3 on your diagnosis of his problem.

 

Is it a fuel or power issue?
