    I read in a few posts that US Xpress might be making all new drivers team drive? I know you have to do it in training but I like to keep my life in my own hands. Is this true?

    The 8 weeks of teaming is a good thing. Helps you get more comfortable with the job without having to be a nervous wreck because you will get into a jam and your partner can help you get out of it. Afterwards, you'll know to never do that again when your solo. Lol

    Its a common mistake all over this site to ask questions of members that they can't give you solid answers for. Best person to amswer that question is a training coordinator at usx. You may be able to weasel out of it if you want. Sometimes theyd rather get another butt in the seat if you tell them that your employment is conditional based on not teaming,
