    6. No more charges of $500 per hour just so the lawyer you had to hire for whatever reason can have his secretary type a letter for you. That only takes 15 minutes to type. But they round up to the nearest hour for charges.

    7. No more lawyers doing shady things against you to try and make you loose a case, like filing it in a different district than the one it should be LEGALLY filed in, hoping you won't show up, and you will thereby loose by default.

    8. No more bull poop excuses. Well he killed her, after he repeatedly raped her, but....but....but.....

Well, my most recent post outta do it. It suck's they don't have an "edit button". I made a couple of spelling error's but I just woke up so what do you expect.:biggrin_25517: First time I've slept this late in a LONG time. Kinda make's me feel like teenager all over again.:biggrin_2559: Tickle me pink. It's funny how all of a sudden his story changed! What a #### nut! I don't see him having a very bright future at the rate he's goin'.

Now on to a cup of coffee and find something productive to do around the house.

My wife was a legal secratery for years, most lawyers do not do thier own research, they hire people who do it for them, besides even if they lose your case, you still get a bill, go figure.

    Holy WTF!!

Did you see his reply? ( I know some of you did - a couple took him to task for THAT). What a huge pile of unmitigated bovine by-product. Wehaulcattle, you'd better check your rig - I bet this guy is all over the decking!

I thought I was cranked up the FIRST time I responded to this dorkfish!

So - yeah, I responded a second time. With, I might add, incredible civility and courtesy.

(just for the record, I showed the column to one of my lawyer friends. He immediately apologized on behalf of the entire population of lawyers)

The more I read of his crap, the more I think my earlier snide comment about ambulance chasing was not only justified, but possibly quite true.

Frank Azar (if you live in Denver, you know the name) is a Supreme Court Justice compared to this jerk.

I emailed that blog to a bunch of trucker friends of mine. One of my buddy's wife took the time to reply. Her response is under the name of BobbiDoll.

What an eloquent reply, if you don't like the heat, stay out of the kitchen. If you found your way to this site, then I believe you must have been reading posts on it, therefore you knew what you were going to get within certian parameters, and if you didn't, you must not be very good at what you do. Isn't the rule of thumb, know the answer before you ask the question?
