I went to a trucking company and got my Cdl. I quit the company after I got my cdl they called me and told me if I don't come back and work for them they was going to have my cdl taken from me. Can they do that.

    Which company was this?
No, they can't take your CDL from you. Did you get your CDL through this company? If so, then they'll expect to be reimbursed, and, if they're not, they'll send it to a collections agency. But they won't take your CDL from you.

A cdl is issued by the state, not a trucking co. Therefor, only the state can revoke it. Also a Judge could too.

Better put that CDL to work soon or you'll need a refresher course.

No but they can sue you for lost payments.Better talk to them and tell the you'll pay ASAP otherwise you're going to have bad credit for along time.
