Now that all my tax crap is done, I have a place to set the confuser up at. Geeze, I didn't realize just how much time I took off last year. 72 days. Course, some of that is doing a reset in the yard. 1 of the drawbacks to working for an out and back company. Still, even with all that time off, I did 139,000 miles.

I've missed you to HTQ and the dang..... I mean, the Crazy yankee. lol

Well the TK finished but the bill was $899.02 hope you don't mind if I round it off to $900. Stayed in hotel last night after being in 20-30 degree temps for last 3 nights I needed that. I will call and talk to shop tomorrow to find out what is going to happen with that bill plus I am going to write a handwritten letter to Bosselmans corporate office explaining that their mechanic said he had no idea about APUs. Here is my question- Why would you work on it then? and then let your customer leave without making sure it was working? Oh well I will stop complaining cause in the end it is my fault for not picking the experts to do it.

HTQ you are right about time being precious and I hope you get to spend more time with the King.

Cranky getting older doesnt mean being 6'5" isnt intimidating maybe you are just to nice. LOL that would mean you are not that Cranky afterall.

I don't know how long of a bus ride that you have to Rockwall, gamma, but I believe there is a bad storm that will be going through that area before too long. Sometimes things work out for the best .....maybe the bus being late means that you will miss the storm . The King is on the I 30 in Arkansas, getting ready to shut down for the night. Keep us up to date as you go through orientation and training.

jaso, I have never looked but does Bosselmans have a Facebook page? If they do, write about it on their page also. I have been amazed at how fast they respond to a problem when you post a complaint on a public forum. They will probably send you a note asking for a phone number to reach you. Or even just request that someone contact you about a problem and see what happens. I hope you get reimbursed for everything ...plus something for all of your trouble!

 

I just looked, jaso.....and they do have a Facebook page for the Bosselmans in Big Springs, Nebraska. Surprise, surprise....someone else left a comment on there 4 months ago saying that the mechanics were a joke! I am amazed that the company hasn't removed it yet.

Well the King delivered the load of gourmet chocolate ....no overages or damages, then picked up another load of candy and delivered it. There were 8 boxes of candy that they refused to take ....BUT it was that cheap old hard candy that they sell at gas stations! (So sad!!) NOW he has a truckload of CAKES!!!!
