Just left Columbus, OH on I-70 W

headed for chi-town. I will probably take over after our first or second stop in Chicago. 4 stops in Chicago area then headed to final in Holland, MI.

So far I'm liking this DC. The office is pretty cool and I didn't have to beg for home time I just told them hey I want these days off and they said ok.

We will probably make our decision on whether or not we will stay with this DC in the next couple of days. So far the miles are good and consistent so I'm happy.

pilot in dunnigan ca. made it here with 40 min left on 11. went to the oasis grill next door for first time. food was good and so was service. was only one cook and waitress, but food came out fairly quick. have to be in hayward ca tomorrow at 0830. so going to leave around 0330-0400 just in case of traiffic. qc nav has me going 5/505/80/580/880/92 for 103 miles. but i''m gonna go 5/205/580/880/92. have gauged it yet but mite be abit longer but will miss the sf traffic and some of oakland traffic.

I picked up a load in Hayward this afternoon after unloading in S. San Francisco.
    Headed to Rochester, MN.

It was sweet getting in and out of the Bay Area so quickly, and with such a nice load.
It's, maybe, 5k. I never slowed down all the way up to Truckee, 57 all the way.

Another Swift driver got there just before me and we walked in together hoping it wasn't a duplicate dispatch.
It wasn't. Just too much stuff to fit in one trailer.
I let him go first since he beat me there, and his trailer was loaded to the back doors. Mine had only 13 small skids and took less than 1/4 of my trailer.
On both they were not loaded more than 2-3 feet high with electronics, so they were very light loads.
The shipper 'estimated' mine at 15k, but I doubt it even weighs 5. It feels empty back there.

I stopped at the Petro in Sparks. I've got a lot of time with this load, so no hurry.
Plus I need to get my spare key back from the shop and get some oil, and they were closed when I got here.
