Just got my truck out of the boss shop in Altoona iowa...they identified it as a head gasket because of the drip stains on the exhaust...taking it to an international dealer now

I would bet money on the EGR cooler first over a headgasket!

If there are drip stains on the exterior of the exhaust manifold I would look at the thermostat housing before a headgasket. When the gasket between the thermostat housing and the head leaks it can look like its leaking from the headgasket when it's not, I've seen a few of them that have had leaking thermostat housing gaskets.

If you are loosing 11 gallons in 7 days you will see more than water drops. That whole engine and firewall would be dripping every time you stopped. That's not adding up to be headgasket
