Arrived in Fontana, CA yesterday, no major issues in the 385 mile drive. Some of the guys got held up by a Greyhound breakdown, had a $110 cab ride! Glad I rented a car!
Only issues with the physical was no coffee from last night till about 10:30 this morning. Such a headache! (but BP ws low!) Paperwork, and study: "Your Highway To Success Company Van Driver Issue" Over an inch thick company P&P guide. Tomorrow we test drive. Hotel accomodations are good....if you get a decent 'roomie'! (Kinda like the descriptions of Training Engineers posted here! Lol! I seem to have lucked out! Hope my TE lives clean!
I'm open to fielding questions about the experience.

I saw two Schneider trailers yesterday for the first time parked next to each other. All this time I thought there was only one Schneider Trailer. I can't believe they would have painted anything that color more then one time.

What do you think of the gravy?
Did they have boots in your size?

Learn to drink from a fire-hose...later they will turn up the hose, next week you get two hoses...

Yes, the rooms are very nice and the pool is relaxing. Try the Indian restaurant.

I haven't tried the gravy. Boots are tomorrow. (I have some, but if they're good..) I passed the Indian restaurant, no one inside. I'd just had a sandwich, and wasn't hungry.

Im in sure I'll learn what your mean by the fire hose.
How many hours a day is orientation? We were out by 2pm today.

Judging by the post time stamp I'd say get more rest, early to bed early to rise...
The rest of your days will be full, only that first day is short.

The Indian restaurant is usually mt but don't judge the book by its cover, great food and they can make it hot.

Think about what it would be like to try and drink from a fire hose...you end up spilling more then you can actually swallow.
You'll get more detailed information then you can possibly retain only to have more thrown at you the following day; that's if you are a good and conscientious student, for those less gifted it is more akin to threading water while being up to your elbows in alligators.
