Running with JCT, Part Deux

if they cancel your pre-plan is there anyway to get it back? I could see a company driver getting one cancelled but as a l/o I would want the opportunity to keep the pre-plan

 

It may have canceled due to product not available or not ready

 

Just got a new pre plan. Pickup in Amarillo with stops in Pleasant Grove, CA; Sacramento, CA; Fremont, CA; and final in San Leandro, CA.

 

Not bad an extra 3 drops. I don't really mind those one bit.

 

I agree, but it wasnt intentional. As a matter of fact, since I have been here, i cant say I have had anything intentionally put on me that wasnt in my favor. Just give em a chance to correct an issue, and I ask for the same chance to correct if I inadvertantly screw something up.

 

I got the word earlier, Bryant is in the hospital in Tacoma. Not going into details but he should be out tomorrow.

 

Even though I had enough time to make it to Lubbock this evening for delivery the next morning; I know than try to find parking at any truckstop in Lubbock because for some #### reason everyone shuts down there early all the spots would be gone before I got there.

But that's ok. I am at the Loves in Clovis, NM only a short 100 miles away, and US Foods don't let anyone in til 0745 (I called) and my appointment is for 0800.

I still have my preplan and still being told it is a drop and hook there in Amarillo, so it should be waiting for me when I get there.

 

Glad he gonna be ok.

I think my DM is damaged. After being bailed out of a bad situation by another DM so I could start what was supposed to be 3 days of home time as scheduled, my 2nd seat got sent all over the country. Three days turned into a week, and Mike still wasn't routed anywhere near me.

I'm on a bus traveling almost 350 miles to get to my truck, and once Mike picks me up from the station I have to be in Arkansas by 7am for another pickup! By the way, that's not going to happen on time... the laws of physics prohibit it.

*sigh*

 

Thanks for the info...I'll have to give him a few days, then I'll call him.
